Luke Cheng is a strategic finance leader and trusted advisor to technology, fintech, and venture-backed businesses across Asia. With 15+ years of experience spanning Japan, Singapore, Thailand, and the United States, he brings a sharp focus on financial planning, operational scaling, and investor alignment.

Luke has led regional finance teams for companies at various stages—from global firms like Amazon and Groupon to high-growth fintechs like Omise. As CFO at Omise, he oversaw the financial infrastructure for 15 global entities, raised over $120 million, and led the acquisition of a payments company from Telenor Group which grew revenue to over $1 billion annually.

Luke is passionate about growing APAC startups to become the future drivers of economic growth. As both an advisor and investor, he works with venture firms and their portfolios in financial and strategic advisory roles including fundraising, capital modeling, investor reporting, and financial operations design. He partners closely with founders and CEOs to guide decision-making through data and financial clarity.
