Camilo Sandoval

Camilo is the Founder and Managing Partner of Pacific Square, where he drives growth and innovation across strategic industries at the heart of America's new Golden Age. His work bridges the United States and allied nations through initiatives that connect technology, business, and public policy to advance economic resilience and global leadership with the world's leading institutions.

As a former Senior White House Advisor under the 45th President, Camilo led key initiatives on national artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and supply chain risk management and later supported the 47th Presidential Transition Team. As the White House Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Information Officer of the Department of Veterans Affairs, he oversaw more than $120 billion in federal technology investments and led transformative initiatives in AI, cybersecurity, and digital modernization, strengthening the security of 2.95 million federal employees and improving healthcare delivery for more than 9 million veterans nationwide.

Earlier in his career, Camilo served in the United States Air Force and the National Security Agency (NSA). He later built a career in finance and technology on Wall Street, working in healthcare investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise-wide technology management and digital mobile payments and wallets.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Texas and an MBA from Indiana University, where he was a Consortium Fellow.
